American folk! We bring you the good news that Tim will be returning to your TV screens tomorrow night!
On Showtime, at 11pm ET/PT, your favourite Australian dork, Tim, will be appearing alongside Eddie Izzard, Jimmy Carr, Judah Friedlander, Chris Hardwick on The Green Room with Paul Provenza.
For those unfamiliar with the show, it’s basically a load of comedians in a roundtable setting, speaking off-the-cuff and uncensored in front of a studio audience with no rules, no agenda, no censors. Given some of the taboo subject Tim sings about, this sounds to me, like a show you don’t want to be missing out on!

This was a great show! I had only heard of you via Amanda Palmer, it was a lovely surprise to turn it on and there you were with Eddie Izzard! The discussion of comedy and politics and ideals was extremely interesting, I only wish the show was longer so the guests could go more in depth. I look forward to learning more about you, you intrigue me

Tim, congratulations for being named one of Variety’s ’10 comics to watch’ in 2011. This Canadian has been a fan for quite a while–a great choice was made (your songs and voice are amazing). Please spend more time in Canada in the future (if your Australian fans will ‘let you go’…).

Fun show, although I think the show could greatly benefit from being at least an hour long. It’s hit or miss whether or not they have enough time to finish once things start getting good.
I did rather enjoy the sincere look of surprise and concern on Jimmy’s face when Tim put his hand on his leg to ask him a question.

Just added showtime through Comcast for a song and immediately, despite continued power outages on the east coast of US. This has made my day! My excitement is a little over the top but Mr. Minchin has that effect on me.
