I am looking forward to purchasing 5 Mathilda tickets for the matinee on the 24th September 2016 in Melbourne. I have just phoned Ticketmaster to check if tickets have been released for that date and was told that the show may be moving interstate and tickets for the 24th Sept won’t be available in Melbourne. Would you please let me know if this is the case. We were hoping to book the tickets as a special birthday treat for my granddaughter Alix who will be visiting Melb. that weekend for her 7th birthday. Last year we went to see the Lion king which she and her Melbourne cousins loved.

The Ladybird Foundation congratulates our fellow Western Australian, Tim Minchin, and everyone associated with “Matilda The Musical” on such a great opening in Sydney.
We love the pink in your website address, Tim: it is a close match with the pink of our Ladybird Foundation logo ladybird!
Your perseverance and achievement are an inspiration to us as a small new WA charity starting out on our own journey in support of breast and gynaecologic cancer research in Western Australia.
We can’t wait to see “Matilda” when “she” arrives HOME in Perth in February 2017 (we’re on the waiting list!)!
Best Wishes
The Ladybird Foundation
