Note from Tim: I do read all the messges that come to me from this site and I love receiving them. However unfortunately, due to being a man of low metabolism, I’m not able to reply to all the questions I get asked. If you go to the FAQ Page, you will find the answers to many frequently asked questions (weird huh?), including those concerning sheet music, the availability of merchandise in the US and other exciting subjects. I also recommend the Angry Feet Forum, where people discuss all sorts of stuff, from the possibility of the existence of God to how I look in hats.
