Naomi on Wednesday, 30 June 2010
Hello Tim!!! In my opinion even though we know your married you should be the one getting married to Katy Perry maybe not exactly her just someone famous and you should be starring in movies since you act like the way Jhonny Depp does- eccentric and charming espeacially in Pirates of the.. what I mean to say is Russell Brand copied you and he's getting all this fame when it should rightfully be yours. You are one of the most fantastic comedians ever!!!
Alice H on Wednesday, 30 June 2010
Just booked my tickets for the 02, got to say Tim, as much as I love you, £45 A TICKET! I'm a STUDENT. Still worth it though :)
Mandy and Louise on Wednesday, 30 June 2010
Woo-hoo! Tickets and hotel room booked for Nottingham! A bit of a trek from Norfolk but you're worth it. We realise that the days of intimate little gigs in Norwich are long gone, but are thrilled that you are at last getting the recognition you deserve. Rock on Tim - see you in December!
Sarah B on Wednesday, 30 June 2010
I have booked tickets first thing this morning to come & see yourCardiff Show! Was really buzzing until I popped on an hour later & saw some better seats had become available.. Irritating, but still excited to be seeing you!!

We played Drowned as our first dance at our wedding on the 5th June. It was amazing, everyone commented on how it was such a fitting song for our personnalities! Looking forward to seeing you in Cardiff in December, we finally managed to get tickets to one of your tours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Tim. Saw you in Warrington last year and was totally blown away. Have just managed to get tickets for MEN in December on 2nd row. I'm so excited. December can't come quick enough. You are a legend x
The Return of that Bizarre Manx Girl, Michelle on Tuesday, 29 June 2010
Oh, Timothy. I have to admit, the absence of any tickets to upcoming gigs of your in my grubby mitts was rather a dull, nagging ache. However, I am now the proud owner of three tickets for December's Manchester show. Or Manchester's December show. Whichever you feel is more deserving. Anyhow, you probably don't remember me from the many devious misadventures I've had over the past few years from following you and your shows around, but I must admit- seeing them get bigger and more impressive makes me feel a little like a proud mother. A proud, teenage mother of a married 30-something year old man. (I felt admitting I know how old you are would be bordering on frighteningly stalkerish, so I'll pretend I don't.) I listen to 'Sit' (oh yes- I wrestled a fellow angry-foot for it) I am looking forward to once again dragging my long-suffering family to your gigs. It seems like just yesterday I snuck my friend into row C last December for the first night of the Hammersmith gigs, giddy with wine and excitement. Anyhow, I felt that the lack of any comments from me for the past few months was a terrible tragedy on my part- so I'm making up for it with this essay. I once again look forward to seeing your shoeless self back on stage, and whooping nonsensically. I have a feeling this will be the most eventful misadventure so far- and here's to plenty more to come. Mish xxx

since I assume Israel will not be on your tour route any time soon, I'm left only with this platform to express my fond appreciation to your brilliant music, and not less brilliant performance (you wish I was the substitute journalist for Phil Daoust that day, ha?). for the slim chance you might read this (hence the second person grammar): I don't eat pigs, they don't eat pigs- but how do you suppose this essential notion will ever get the recognition it is so clearly deserves,if you fail to come here and remind us of it? worst case, you'll unite Palestinians and Israelis with common resentment for your blaspheme tendency (which personally I believe to be your best quality). love and share your cynical idealist ratinolism, and wish you and your family the most sincere joy

Ok, so I was on the plane to Singapore, which was a stopover on the way to Dubai, which was a stopover on the way to Zurich, and I must say I was incredibly pleased when I found out that So Live was playing on the in-flight entertainment. I watched it about 4 and a half times to Singapore, then I had a rage attack when we swapped planes at Singapore and went on crappy Emirates. THEY weren't showing any Tim goodness, and if they did they would have edited all the swears and shit out, and that would have saddened me. I'm tired and forgot why I'm writing this. Sorry.
Bebe on Sunday, 27 June 2010
To Louise... I watched the very same thing on E4 -- and i started screaming when tim was only 84 or whatever it was!! -- but then again -- E4 also showed the shitty edited version of So Fucking Rock.. <3 xxx love you Tim,, Awaiting the tour dates <3
Louise on Sunday, 27 June 2010
I was mooching the through the channels last night to stumble across a program tittled "best stand up comedians of 2010" i was very suprised to see you only got to 81, in my (metophorical) book you are clearly the winner. I think you are very talented, not only as a comedian, but as whatever it is that you are. You're the like 'jesus' to me, if only he exsisted, i'm looking forward to your tour. :) x
Jim on Friday, 25 June 2010
How about a U.S. tour with a stop in San Diego? Perhaps just wishful thinking.

Brilliant. If you ever come to Denmark, I will get tickets for all my friends and myself :) Also you should make more youtube projects like the "pope song". And dont make music videos, your live preformances are way better.

You rock dude. When my hubby first introduced me to your Christmas song, it was so cool.

Amanda Lloyd on Thursday, 24 June 2010
TIM! I'm so excited that you're coming to Canada! I'm from the US and intend on driving up for it. So if I wanted to meet you/just say "hi", would that be more likely to happen before or after your gig? Thanks! Can't wait to see you perform live in a few weeks!
Anne Punt on Wednesday, 23 June 2010
Tim, how come you only play in foreign countries? As the Netherlands is not a foreign country from my point of view.. Without sounding like I am deeply in love with you, for the record; I'm not, I have to say i love your songs and the way you destroy every loaded topic that get's in your way. I heard Amsterdam is a pretty descent city to play in so I don't see the problem. Just do, would be so cool.. Greetings, Anne Which is, by the way, not a girl's name. I mean, people think it is but it's not, as I am a boy..

Ok, first of all, I must that say that you are absolutely the most -mykindof"superstar"- hard word explain, but all of my friends say that we are like brothers that have never met, except my hair is falling of and i can't speak fluent british accent. But anyways, I really like ur style both (hair and music.) I consider you one of the greatest inspirer to my own compositions. Sorry for partially bad english, but I'd love to see in this lifetime. I'm from Finland, so are you coming here, or do I have to ask your street address?
Sandy Rose on Tuesday, 22 June 2010

Natalie on Tuesday, 15 June 2010
Hello Tim. I am really glad that your stuff is on youtube - otherwise I would have never heard any of it. You see, I live in Canada and will for at least five more years; in doing so I often run into the problem of not being able to find the DVDs and CDs of my favourite comedians (you guys all live overseas). While I know that this might be a tall and foolish request from a single fan... maybe you could think of marketing in Canada... a bit
Brad on Monday, 14 June 2010
Tim! Love your work. Actually me and the little lady both love you, we saw you the first time in Edinburgh as we trekked through the UK. The moment we heard you song 'If I didn't have you' we both agreed that would be our wedding song. Love for you to attend - April 2011 in Vegas. Understand if you can't - but at least put an instrumental version of the track on I-tunes so we can do a piss poor rendition in your absence, hell we'll even post you a copy of the video for your amusement. Good luck in your travels, look forward to seeing another gig. B&A
Jaymi on Monday, 14 June 2010
Hey Tim, My friend who has seen you live about 6 times introduced me to your first DVD and almost instantly I had found myself a new hero :). I cannot understand how I have lived 19 years of my life without your humerous yet clever artistic ways :). AMAZING!!!!! xxx

Hi Tim. Just looked at your stuff quite recently actually, and i adore and admire your work so much, and can't believe i didn't look you up before although i had seen a bit of your stuff. You are undoubtably the funniest person with your ways and characteristics, and so clever and witty to do it the way you do. Will be seeing you live very soon, and hopefully will be hearing more from you.

Shawn Nunan on Friday, 11 June 2010
Hey! I love your work. The video for So F***ing Rock is genius. Your work is beautiful and hilarious. Mitsubishi Colt might be my favorite. That or Taboo/Prejudice. You know what would be awesome? If you played a show in or around Baltimore, Maryland. Just a suggestion. Or show your Dark Side and send me a nasty message about how you refuse. Either would make my day.

Man, I kinda love you! I don't mean it in any sexual or "romantic" way, but I discovered your music few days ago and since then I haven't been listening anything else. I love your piano skills and your great lyrics, which i find very funny, but also very deep and clever. You're simply great! Greetings from Czech Republic.

I sooooooooooo totally dig "Fat Children!" I can relate that to the obesity problem in the USA where I was born and I'm still residing in! Kids really need to get off the couch and e-x-e-r-c-i-s-e and eat healthier and your song really proves my point!
Anna N. on Monday, 7 June 2010
Oh my goodness, Tim Minchin. I am positively and absolutely in love with you! I haven't laughed this hard in a long time, your music is brilliant. Keep being spectacular for we, the appreciative, but somehow perpetually less talented, masses! :)
Dan Garitte on Monday, 7 June 2010
I just wanted to say that I am going to be moving from the US to the UK in a few months, and that one of the most exciting reasons about doing that is that I'll finally be able to see you live. I've loved your work for years and just can't wait. Keep up the stellar performances!
Nienke Venhuizen on Monday, 7 June 2010
Dear mr Minchin, I love your pianoplaying and your clever lyrics, thank you so much for enriching my (and other people's ofcourse) musical world! Are you planning on going to the Netherlands someday? Greetings, Nienke.

Tim, I was wondering if you have any tour dates set in England for late October? I will be visiting Somerset at that time and would love to see you live. I've heard of no plans for you to visit the US soon, so this may be my only opportunity!

Hi Tim, just wanted to say I think you're fabulous! I admire your talent for piano and comedy, and think its true genius how you cover such a range of issues in an articulate, adult and humourous way. I want to make a plea to you, to come and play at The Winter Gardens in Margate, Kent as I believe Thanet needs TIM MINCHIN!! Carry on being awesome - and you ARE SO FUCKING ROCK!!!! XX

Hey Tim! I've been a fan of yours for quite a while now. I just wanted to congratulate you for all the success you've been having. I wish I could see you live some day, but I live in Chile and it's quite unlikely that you ever visit this spanish-speaking country hahaha, it doesn't matter, I'm happy enough listening to your songs and admiring you at distance :D

THANK YOU SO MUCH for touring through to Toronto Tim! Just bought tickets for Second City, July 9th. Although I live here in Toronto, I'm driving 4 hours (to Toronto and 4 hours back) to see you because I would regularly be at camp on July 9th. As you are my favourite musician, favourite comedian, favourite actor, and favourite musical writer, I eventually convinced my Mum to drive me home for a night to see you. You have no idea how grueling it is for my Mum as she is driving an additional 5 hours to go to Ottawa the next day, but she said she knows this is like the equivalent of a Christian meeting Jesus for a comedian loving, piano appreciating (and piano playing, though not as grandly as you) atheist. Keep doing what you're doing. You're so fucking rock. Always a fan, Julianna, Age 13

Dear Tim Minchin. I'm a huge fan of yours. You're a comic and musical genius. But I have a bone to pick. My mother has fallen in love with your stuff too. She played it to my grandmother, who also loved it. I went to see my lovely grandma and while she made me tea she was singing "Inflatable You". It was awkward. Yours, Jamie
