Gutted! I registered for the ‘special code’ via ticket master to get tickets for Sheffield City hall gig... but I was teaching a class of 30 drumming (I’m a music teacher 😂) when the ‘lines’ opened at 10am... kicked the kids out for playtime 2mins early at 10.53 to get online and bag a couple of tickets.... SOLD OUT! Aaaargh!!!! Made up for you, Tim, that pre sales so awesome though 😎

Hi Tim, Great idea to use ticketmaster, i signed up for tickets to the Gateshead tour. Got accepted, the wife did the same(just to ensure we got tickets) got our codes through ticket master first thing, signed on at the right time to buy tickets and gues what...... no tickets left, WTF!!! What is the point in signing up to ticketmaster to get tickets before general release if they sell out within a few minutes? Come on mate, get it sorted! Thanks Maurice

Nice try Tim asking Ticketmaster to give fans a go in Australia for your tour next year. But they cheated anyway. Your tickets sold out in Canberra in 22 seconds while our fan codes didn’t work so there’s no way they didn’t all go to scalpers!😡

Hi Tim A brilliant idea to ensure fans get fair tickets for your shows in the UK, by having pre-registration via Ticketmaster - although it hasn't worked in our case. I've just purchased 3 presale tickets for me, my wife and our son. We are paid members of the Southampton Guildhall Theatre - entitling us to presale tickets for the shows there, by supporting the theatre. However, when I booked the presale tickets, we were informed we have been booked inferior seats as the better seats have been reserved for Ticketmaster - which haven't even gone on sale yet. We are only able to buy 4 tickets via the Guildhall membership and can't resell them. So effectively, we are now paying Portsmouth Guildhall so we can book worse seats than if we had just gone through ticket master. I realise this isn't your problem but I feel somewhat let down that as genuine fans, that last saw you at Southampton Guildhall around 10 years ago. If you can think of anything to help cheer us up- please let us know! Thank Jason
