Wishing Tim, Sarah and his family and everyone else here a very happy, healthy an prosperous 2013. And hoping that Tim makes it to Toronto this year. Can't wait for Californication to start up with Season 6 ... and looking forward to a new documentary ... and more info on that soon. Best wishes to all ... and enjoy your celebration, but don't drink and drive.

I love you, both of you. I laughed, I cried, and smiled like an idiot at my computer screen (my non-PAL tele won't play it). The dosh was worth it to enjoy "Rock + Roll Nerd" so...thank you for that. May success find you well and keep you and yours - and now, back to the show (and more wine.)

Dear Tim, I love you :) I love your songs because they are so true and authentic. I do hope that one day you will come to Poland to a concert, although it is soooo damn a Catholic country that it might be difficult for someone to organise your performance here. Anyway, feel invited :) You can come to my place (my flat is small, but my neighbours love you too and we can always arrange some place for you and make you feel at home, by the way - I can cook well) and give the concert for the four of us (me, my hubbie and our neighbours). I know it probably doesn't sound too exciting (small flat, the audience of four, sorry, of seven if we include my 7-yr-old son (he loves Metallica) and two cats (their music taste is nit known to me, though), probably no money) but still, you are wholeheartedly invited :) I presume that chances that you will read this comment are less than slim, but in case you do - I am serious. This is not a joke :) Greetings and all the best for the NY2013 for you and all your family :)

Tim, someone turned me on to you on Christmas day, and I've already listened to/watched everything you've got on YouTube at LEAST once. What talent you have! What a brain! What polysyllabic vocabulary! Thanks for making intelligent observation/musings so darned entertaining. Happy New Year from New York.

I first saw JC Superstar at the cinema one sunday afternoon in around 1972 and it's been one of my favourite films ever since. Couldn't get to the arena tour last year so had the DVD on my Santa list (I must have good cos he brought it!) Watched it today and Wow wow wow wow!!! What a production! I was brought to tears and laughter (thanks to Chris Moyles!) - absolutely blown away, can't BEGIN to express how impressed I was. Well done all of you but Tim...... what can I say....... top notch and first rate as always - made my festive season!!! :-))

Hi Tim, Happy Holidays. Just finished off my Christmas music listening for the year with "White Wine". It gets me EVERY TIME . . . you fucker ! ! ! I sort of forget about it, after not it hearing it for most of the year - and then it hits me. In the back of my mind, I know what's coming but I try to play it cool . . . and then . . . I'm done for. Extremely proud to say it's become required listening, and very important to me at this time of the year. Thank you so much. All the best to you, and your family. Looking forward to seeing you again soon . . . ~ David

When will you come back to the US? We need you here! If you do, please stop in Minneapolis or anywhere really in Minnesota. We need your exceptionally beautiful sense of humor mixed with truth. I adore your voice and truth. Thank you for giving your talents to humanity, it means so much.

G'day and merry Christmas from Australia Tim! All the best to you and your family for the Christmas season...love your work mate..cheers Matt

Hi, Tim! (And hi to your family too!) I'm in the U.S. (Kansas City area), and only really discovered you a couple of weeks ago. As with some others, I have no idea how it took me that long, but I'm very glad to now be a Minchinite (does your fanbase have a name? must go into the forum and find out - Minchinite has completely the wrong connotations). I just want to thank you for such refreshing, intelligent and extremely funny performances. You really put everything into them, and it shows. And man, you're a musical virtuoso! Your work helps me keep my sanity when I've had to deal with the numerous religious idiots here in this country! (If a religious idiot is reading this, then they're in the wrong place. I've been tolerant for years but religion is about to ruin our country - what's left of it after the damage it's already done. So yes, I say idiot. End of rant.)
Mary-Jayne on Thursday, 20 December 2012
Hi tim, just wanted to say have an amazing christmas that you and your family truely deserve, and don't drink too much white wine!xxx
Cindy on Wednesday, 19 December 2012
I seem to have some kind of Tim sense right now -- keep tuning into the Comedy channel and seeing him just as I tune in -- awesome -- last night he was on amp'd with Weird Al. He's been on a few times in the last couple of weeks. Made my night to see him unexpectedly arrive in my living room~! Hoping that he does the talk show circuit in the US (Ellen?) in the New Year to promote his new role on Californication. Merry Christmas to all!
Ella on Monday, 17 December 2012
hi Tim, i'm 13 and i have been your biggest fan for nearly a year now, so yes your record does appeal to the TEENAGE MARKET! (sorry for the bad song reference!) i really really like your work, and i just wondered if you have thought about bringing out an autobiography in the coming years? I know you are awfully busy, but if you could reply it would make more then my year :D thanks, from Ella x

Hi Tim, watched your 2009 show on ABC2 the other night with my 19 year old son with Autism...he laughed at your Autism jokes. He loved them because, in his words, "it was so un-PC". In awe of your brilliance! and touched by your support of Autism, thank you. x

Just to add to Cindy's comment - the TV version of "Rock n' Roll Nerd" was abbreviated and is shorter than the DVD, which was actually released as a film in Australia a couple of years ago. The DVD is more interesting and moving, simply because it allows for a greater in-depth view of Tim and Sarah's journey at the time. And the 'extras' are great. The DVD is still available (I have just ordered copies for friends, who are new Tim fans) and would really recommend anyone buy it.
Cindy on Thursday, 13 December 2012
OMG - Rock & Roll Nerd arrived last night -- sooooooo excited -couldn't wait to watch it. Spent last evening with a glass of wine, watching the DVD (and all the extras) -- it was great!

Tim, I just discovered you... how it took so long, I don't know - being a frequent youtube seeker for the likes of Ricky Gervais, George Carlin, Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Baba Brinkman and the like... I'm loving you. So when am I going to see you tour the US - ah, fuck the whole US... when are you going to be in Seattle? (or I'd make my way to Vancouver Canada if I knew you were going there). Thanks, G
Chloe on Wednesday, 12 December 2012
Hi Tim! Firstly, I'd love to bring you some cookies, give me your address and I'll be there before you can say, "AHH I'M BEING STALKED BY A 14 YEAR OLD!" On a more serious note, I want to thank you for being a huge inspiration for me musically. Thanks for making me laugh, and then cry from laughing too hard, and never stop composing!
Sam on Tuesday, 11 December 2012
Hi Tim, "Rock and Roll Nerd" followed by "Ready for This" came as a complete and unexpected delight on ABC2 last night - happily spotted by my husband on the TV program just in the nick of time! But why wasn't it advertised more widely? You should be made a 'National Treasure'. Now that you're back in Australia, I am really hoping to see your smiling face at least a couple of times on interviews or Art shows. And "Australian Story" should definitely do an episode with you. That would be SO appropriate. Have a great holiday and a wonderful stay - and a very, very happy Christmas to you and yours.
Eirik on Tuesday, 11 December 2012
HI Tim, love your work, when are you gonna come to Norway!?!?!?! I need to hear your songs live, when its that good on youtube, then it has to be sick in real life. please do come to us soon, quickly.... now!
Digby on Tuesday, 11 December 2012
11/12/12 Here in the Antipodies (sic) we were treated to 'Ready for This' by Aunty. A delight in every way and in so many ways a comfort being of the Alumni of '62, I had long feared that it produced Stock brokers, Real Estate agents and an assortment of academics. That your creative talents and abilities survived that competitive environment is remarkable and further fosters my belief in the creative spirit's ability to find its medium. As the seppo's say 'love your work'

Tonight once again I have been lucky enough to have switched on the tv at the right time to watch one of your amazing performances. You are pure genius in it's finest form! I hope one day that I am fortunate enough to catch a live performance!
Middo on Tuesday, 11 December 2012
Tim, you must come to the SE Queensland Bible Belt, AKA the Darling Downs. Home of the Easterfest (once known as The Christian Music Festival - did they think we wouldn't notice?). Not much in the way of really big venues though. The Empire Theatre is nice; reasonably large. The Spotted Cow pub might give you a run after their dinner service is finished... Keep up the good work!
Stella on Tuesday, 11 December 2012
Tim, you rock! You say everything I want to say, only you say it better. Thanks. If you ever pass through Oodnadatta stop in and say g'day. Xxxx

Hi Tim, would LOVE to see you come to Perth next year for a show!
Amanda D. on Tuesday, 4 December 2012
Tim, I'm simply amazed how some people can feel justified in wanting their piece of you after you have given your all in a live performance. I have been to a number of your performances and have been totally in awe of the huge commitment you always make to giving your audiences a truly memorable evening. Heaven knows, you must be totally wrecked after such efforts - but some people still expect you to 'meet and greet'? Clearly they can have no idea of the effort it has taken you and, quite frankly it isn't fair. Your family sacrifice a lot to enable the rest of us to enjoy your talents. Surely you should be allowed to go home to them as quickly as possible after performances. Keep well Tim, and good luck in everything you do - and all best wishes to your beautiful wife, who is obviously a backbone in your life. We appreciate that she is prepared to share and to let you shine. xx

Watched Tim on Funny as Hell over the weekend - disappointed that they cut the middle of his song, but enjoyed listening/watching. And just ordered Rock n Roll Nerd -- can't wait for it to arrive.

WOW! I was Recently introduced to Tim by a friend from Austrailia, and I live in america. He warned me that there is some american bashing in your shows but what your saying is not far from the truth, it is the truth. I really enjoy all your videos and look foreward to spending hours of my short insignificant life watching more of your work and sharing it with my friends and family. Keep up the awsome work! and Fuck that fucking mother fucker! Chambers.

Hi Tim, I have just discovered "I'm not going anywhere" and "Understand It" on the youtube upload of "Two Fists One Heart". Along with "Drowned" these are beautiful songs and I'm really hoping you will release them to purchase on ITunes. And any others I might not have? I have watched "Beautiful Head" from one of your festival performances too and love that as well. Perhaps a new CD is in the offing? I have all my fingers crossed! (PS It's very hot here in Sydney at the moment - bring plenty of sunblock when you arrive next week!).
