We came to see you in Plymouth last night. After the past 18 months of so much sadness and fear in the world of the Covid epidemic, this was the first time we have ventured out for a proper night out. It really was a big deal! We have admired you on tv for years and the opportunity of seeing you 'live' was very exciting. We loved the show! It exceeded all expectations. I can honestly say I cannot remember when we last laughed so hard and enjoyed ourselves so much as we did last night. How one person can have such a quick brain and so much talent - phenomenal! Your band members were fabulous too. Thank you so much for a brilliantly entertaining evening. 😃

I was at Manchester Appollo last night. What a show? Obviously so funny, clever, witty, entertaining. I have hardly been out for such a long time, husband had cancer and died last year, then I got covid in a bad way. It was definitely worth risking taxi my myself, with me wobbling along by walking stick. Running out of adjectives. The music brilliant. A whole cast of musicians. Thanks for the fun and making me forget about my loss, for a little while.

First of all, let me say how happy I was when it was announced that the extraordinarily long and disrupted "Back" tour was coming to Hull. I rarely get this excited about seeing anyone, but, given that you had all but given up touring to pursue other projects, this was a really big deal. You lived up to expectations, and played all of the songs from "Apart Together" that I wanted to hear, along with two particular favourites of mine, "15 minuites" and "thank you God" Im a little puzzled though, The intro to TYG and "If I didn't have You" were as old as the songs themselves. It kinda made me wonder if you really didn't want to perform them, and actually questioned whether you saw touring as a backward step? To be fair you really seemed to be having fun, and the AT songs were delivered magnificently. Each gig appears to be different, and that is another reason to love what you do. Is there any plans to release this show in any format? I would love a permanent record. You sir, are a real rarity, a one off. from Hull, a place I guess you aren't really that aware of, I salute you. Thanks for coming.
